The XJ goes on sale early next year, costing from £52,000 for the standard-wheelbase, 3.0-litre V6 diesel version to £88,000 for the long-wheelbase Supersport version with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 petrol engine. Jaguar is hoping to build on the success it has already had with the XF saloon and new XK coupe and cabriolet models, both of which have helped reposition the brand away from an older customer base to a newer, younger generation. – via The Telegraph
